What this website does not do

Matching questions, self-tests and breathing exercise

These tools run entirely in your browser. The answers you select are not transmitted to us or anyone else and are discarded when you leave or reload the page. The only exception is the early-access list described below, and only if you choose to join it.

Early-access list

At the end of the matching questions you can leave your e-mail address to be told when booking opens. If you do, we store your e-mail address, the type of therapy you selected (individual, couples or teen), your preferred language and the time you signed up. Your other answers are not sent. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to privacy@mymind.clinic. We use the address only to tell you that mymind has opened and delete it afterwards, or earlier on request. The list is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use this data only in aggregated form. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

When you e-mail us

If you write to us, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message to answer you. Please do not include health information in e-mails. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise your rights, write to privacy@mymind.clinic.

Changes

We will update this notice when the website or our services change. Last updated: October 2026.
